my story

So here it is .. my first blog post. I have been very fortunate to end up where I am doing a job I love, and finally finding our little piece of heaven at South West Rocks near Port Macquarie NSW. I have settled into coastal life and met many new people. My life as a remedial massage therapist and naturopath has been a life long journey so far and recently I had a good friend (and blogger ) visit me for a retreat, a little 'rest and relaxation' from her high stress world. It occurred to me that there is so much i have to share about what I have learnt so far. Some of it seems so simple, some of it is possibly too obvious and MOST of it is what keeps me passionate about what I do. On that note, lets start with this image by good friend and photographer Tina Bingham of Peppermint Studios, let the blogging begin!
