My journey into natural health began with my own experience of living with chronic pain and long-term illness. Like many of my clients, I was searching for answers beyond simply managing symptoms. That journey sparked a passion for holistic healing and ultimately led me to a career dedicated to helping others regain their health and wellbeing.

I qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2000 and quickly discovered the incredible benefits of combining Myofascial Release and remedial therapies, both personally and professionally. Inspired by the results, I continued my education with postgraduate studies at the Cranial Sacral College of Australia in Adelaide. Thisn is where i delved deeply into the fascia therapies including the passive but very powerful internal TMJ (jaw release).

Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping many people find relief from acute and chronic pain through remedial massage and myofascial therapy. While these treatments produced excellent results, I came to understand that true, lasting health often requires looking beyond the postural body and address the internal systems for a more holistic healing result. .

This led me to study Naturopathy, giving me the opportunity to support my clients from a more comprehensive perspective. By combining hands-on therapies with natural medicine, I can help uncover and address the underlying causes of health concerns—not just the symptoms—creating a more complete path to healing and regenerating the causes of such common debilitating aliments. 

At Melroes Place, every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you visit for remedial massage/myofascial release, naturopathy, or a combination of therapies, my focus is on helping you restore balance, reduce pain, and improve your overall health and quality of life.
